We have a few people who are MIA - lets try to track them down and get their numbers on the spreadsheet to start with.
As for my plan:
After some crazy stress eating and slacking off exercise-wise, I'm back on track with calorie counting and going to the gym EVERY SINGLE DAY! Cardio every other day, strength every other day, and some stretching and relaxation on Sundays.
What's your strategy, Reds?
