I keep up my progress on facebook. I am looking for support because I am trying a less or no sugar diet. I am also staying in the range of 1,000 and 1,600 calories. I am not skinny now so it is pretty hard to do both of these things. I am on day 3 of my chalean extreme workout. Oct 31st is day 4. I want to stop eating as much now. I feel like if I stop now I will be so much closer to my goal in the next 86 days or so. I did do the fitness test and I do hear that the day 4 is so extreme. My abs are so sore already from the fitness test. I am pumped for tomorrow ab burner intervals something! Just needed to let someone with encouragement know I will be substituting no sugar for sugar. I wish I knew portions. I'll be surfing the web for more portion control.

As for me, my trainer has me starting the Paleo plan as soon as I can go to Whole Foods tomorrow night for 30 days. It's pretty much the caveman diet (lean organic meats, fruits, veggies, and mostly no dairy or grains) So... I'll be moody and starving right there with ya for these first few days, ha ha!!!
