Gobble gobble!It's November, which means that the big food holidays are nearly upon us. Let's get ourselves set up to weather Thanksgiving well with some early weight loss in November, and a final weight for the month that puts us ahead of the game in preparation for the December holidays!
The rules of our challenge are simple. We are here to provide each other some accountability along the path to weight loss, so just set a weight loss related goal(s) and I'll add it to our goal list for the month of November. When you reach your goal for the month it will be turned RED in our goal list!
