Yesterday I weighed myself and I reached my 10% goal: 29.6 lb gone (actual goal was 29.3). My next mini goal is 250 lb, then I will be setting them at 25 lb increments.
Thanks everyone! Yes, kidjng, I agree that smaller goals are the way to go. I also think that smaller achievements also help: clothes that aren't so tight anymore, a smaller size, having your boobs bounce in the bra instead of being tightly crammed, finally putting aside something that is just too big to wear, etc.
Celebrate each and every goal achieved and each and every change, large or small.
