Medium cooked shrimps(10 pieces)
chooped peper
Choped onion
Mushrooms
Soy sauce
Cayenne pepper
Less than 1/2 of a garlic clove
Dash seasalt
Dash pepper (optional)
In a fry pan spray some cooking spray, then cook the green peppers, mushrooms. Once it's almost cooked add the shrimp just so it can get the flavor, then add sea salt, cayenne pepper, and the garlic, let it mix on med heat, and add the onions (don't let them caramelize) let it cook for about 5 min and add it to the angel hair (previously drained, washed, and heated in the microwave). Add soy sauce and mix it all. Taste like assian food, it was super yummi!!! Next time I am going to add other veggies zuccini, brocoli and sprouts.
