I haven't posted on here in a while, but I do come by from time to time. I wanted to give myself a little pat on the back today because today is the one year anniversary of my committment to change my life. I have lost 80 pounds. I was trying for 100... but I'll gladly take 80

It is hard work, but it is worth it. Don't ever give up on yourself and believe that you can make a change. It can be done... I'm living proof

To answer your question, I'm not following a specific plan. I am working out (hard) approx... 5 days a week, and I'm watching my diet. I still eat what I want for the most part, but I try to limit the bad things. I probably could have gotten more than 80 in a year if I had followed a more strict diet, but for me and my lifestyle, that just isn't practicle.

My new goal for this year is 50 lbs. I think I'll be happy at 165... we will see

Shoot yeah, new yearly goals are great. And 50 pounds is totally doable.
