Were you on your period? Did your water intake increase/decrease? I'd suggest continuing anything for at least 21 days (even with no weight changes) just to make sure it's not just a normal fluctuation... If you stay on plan for... 21 days or a month and nothing changed (body fat, weight, etc) then consider changing your exercise routine and or your food.
I was stressing out because over the period of... 10 days or so, my scale almost didn't move... Then it actually went up and then down about 0.2lbs... I actually got very annoyed and boycotted the scale for a few days. Then all of a sudden, in the space of 24 hours, I lost more than 3 pounds. Of course this wasn't the work of 24 hours, it was my body just moving along.
