I can't find any threads on this diet, which surprised me after The Doctors and Dr. Phil endorsed it. It seems pretty reasonable to me, since you are only restricting grains for the first 17 day cycle, and can eat unlimited lean protein and non-starchy veggies.
Today's my Day 1. Any input or thoughts? I'm scared because my diet history is pretty lame, but I just HAVE to do something, I'm up to 246 and the carb cravings/addiction are/is out of control!
