Hi I am going to Panera Bread tonight with my daughter..any ideas on what to eat there on Phase 1? Obviously, NO bread lol but I was thinking about the Asian Chicken green salad without the dressing and croutons. Does anyone have any information that, as to how they cook the chicken on the salad etc.? Thanks very much.
If you go there you can pull up all of the salads and you can deduct what you can't have and it gives you the "new" value without the other stuff....really resourceful
