    I'm glad you're feeling more positive about your weight loss. Therapy can be a wonderful thing.

    I find reading the goals/mini-goals section helps me remember that I can do this too.
  • I really really really need to start some kind of meal planning. I mean other than standing in the grocery store, trying to decide what I need to have for meals for the week.

    I am enjoying making healthier choices in the grocery store. I like seeing 10 different kinds of produce in my cart. Makes me feel healthy!

    Glad to here from you. I know how you feel. I recommend you design your plan. Thats what I did. You could start as little as 3 or 5 smaller meals a day. And then expand as you go along. I chose last January to keep a food diary and count calories. After i lost some, i started low impact exercies. I have lost 86, down from 350 to 265. My motto is keep it simple.
