This weekend was rough-- I ate way too much, had a binge night, and didn't exercise much. But knowing this community is here to support me made me get my act together today, eat on plan, and realize I CAN continue, that I'm not going to fail at loosing weight just because of one bad weekend.
Previously, I think this would be the point that I'd quit, but not anymore! and it's because of you!!!!!
