So I am doing WW at home, so I'm using my own scale for my weigh ins. I recently realized that my scale was pretty out of whack. I could step on it twice in a row and get weights 15lbs apart!
I went and bought a better scale and my weight is actually about 5lbs higher than I thought. It was kind of upsetting because it feels like I gained this week big time, even though I know that isn't the case.
I'm trying to keep it in perspective that I likely lost the same amount of weight becuase my start weight was also likely higher than I thought,but it was kind of a downer.
