I have decided to keep a daily blog/diary of how my diet is going, have a little look if you like, any hints and tips would be great. Drinking my 3rd pint of water today, my god its like chinese water torture lol.

Good luck! Have you thought about starting a twitter stream to promote your blog posts? I found that when I started @wannabuddyblog on twitter my traffic really went up. It is quite a bit of work, but I think that its worth it!
