I know I know, you shouldn't be drinking when you're on a weight loss plan. But sometimes a glass of refreshing white wine just tastes really good.
And so that was my story last night. My partner prepared dinner for us and he served it with a nice cold glass of chardonnay.
It was hard to stop at just one let me tell you. I would have liked to have had the whole bottle! But alas I restrained myself and only had the one.
This is one of the things that I don't like about losing weight. I like to have a few cold ones on the weekend, but the calories are just too much. Quite frankly I would rather eat food instead of drink my calories.
Has anyone been able to maintain consistent weight loss and continue to drink in moderation?


So every couple of weeks or so I find room for one.
Good job at stopping at one glass.. it was Canadian Thanksgiving up here this weekend and I wish I could say I did that
