I went up a little bit this week, which I sort of anticipated after having two big weeks in a row, but it was still disappointing because I earned (and ate) 30 AP and didn't touch any of my weeklies.
BUT
Then I was looking through my weight loss chart thing and realized that with a rare exception, every month I go up at some point. And the dates (going back to April) are are 4/11, 5/16, 6/13, 8/8 and 9/19, which means the 10th of October falls right in line with the pattern. I can't really find an exact relationship with my TOM cycle, except that three of the months the weight gain has been two weeks after my TOM week (today is three weeks after).
It's not an exact science, and while I know gains are a natural part of a weight loss journey, I feel way less frustrated realizing this happens every month and just about at this time, too.
