This will not set me back. I can't let it.
I'm going to stay on induction 1 more week.
I did not veer off plan in any way, shape or form.
It is, however, my TOM as of this morning; hoping that's the prob.

I haven't weighed myself yet, and I'm supposed to be done with Induction this week.....I think I'm going to stay on it at least until my TOM is done in another week before I weigh in.

I have been stalled for a week now. I am going to continue the induction for a couple of more weeks. My stalling has to do with eating and traveling not a good mix. But I will say I am not drinking reagular pop any more. I prefer to drink water but the water where we are having to be every weekend is nasty. My mom informed me this morning that maybe just maybe I have been cheating more than I should. I will tend to agree with her. Just make sure that you are counting all your carbs throughout the day because I was not. I know that I was eating way to many. I am ready to get back at it this week. Today is a new day for me and I will get to onederland by next Monday. Good Luck and never give up.

I just finished my first two weeks and lost 12 pounds. I think I will stay on induction for another week though.
