I joined WW in February, and have never stuck 100% all the time, to the program i would always have a weekend day that I did not track, and would allow myself whatever I wanted. I had some success so I felt like it was working. I started going to the gym W/ my hubby @ 4 am and with a girl friend in the evenings to belly dancing class 3 times a week. I lost a lot of inches but not so much weight. Now I have grown tired of tracking and that has resulted in me eating whatever not tracking, and ive not been to to the gym or a meeting this week. I started with one off day it turned into the weekend and now I don't know how to start back...
Help!
