Not eating restricteds for a certain amnt of time?
I've cheated badly, and I think it would be a good idea to do it; to get back on track. No restricteds.
I did it for few days after cheating to cut on the carbs.
I found that it works best for my weight loss to have a restricted a day, but some find that eating non restricted works better for them.
It is a matter of knowing your body and what works best for you I guess.
