Only 10 1/2 more hours left till I go home!
OK, was that an icebreaker? Had some good news today, and yes Robin, I can so relate, I got my period today too--NO MEDS WHATSOEVER! Shhhh...don't tell my doc, he'd be having kittens by now
Doesn't PCOS suck?Hey Jiff! How about a combo of the water and protein, like chicken soup? Nice and warm and definitely fulfills to water/protein portion

taz, have fun on your new treadmill!
tammyfancy, I have PCOS, which is the daughter of diabetes. I supect you're on Glucophage? I am SUPPOSED to take Actos (another med designed for PCOS but I have been playing hooky!) I found the Glucophage just gave me the worst GI problems and I begged my doctor to give me something more humane. Actos is really a wonderful drug and I didn't suffer as much of the side effects. I hear you on needing energy, my daughter is 3 1/2 going on 13...this too shall pass....
Jancie, there's no chance in me harming myself, unless you count carpal tunnel from typing on the keyboard too much!
I do security, just walk around every two hours and call in to let them know I'm still alive. Hours wise, 12 a shift is rough, especially overnight but it's OK because it's nice and quiet--a world of change from what my life is usually like!Robin, my tags are still on my pants and I am not taking themoff until I am drned sure Ifit in them. I have also promised myself a nice new wardrobe once this fat leaves! Happy tag removal!
Miss, good way to start a month, a good going over by the doc to make sure you're in tip top shape for the challenge!
OH dyan, I agree, we've had too much of our fill of tragedy. God do a work out instead or call up a friend and talk. That alwasy makes me feel better

Ruth, that fruit salad is making me hungry! Can I get some take out?

SamsG, OUCH! Hope your back is much better. Did you see a chiro?
jenni-pooh, good to get off the shift, eh? if it came up here, I would like to take the day shift on weekends. But seeing how I'm the low girl on the totem pole...
Linda, I think you're a hero right now!

To everyone who query about the people who fit into size 2 or smaller, I know who they are : children. Anyone older than that needs to be hospitalized for eating disorders!
Sherrie, hoping and praying you get all this over with!
And you can keep that virus to yourself, ya hear?
Have a good day everyone!

sorry fot the confusion--sometimes my brain works in its own little way!!
]. Really can you imagine a size 2,4,6,8,even a size10???

I'm trying now to think of someplace even higher...Fernie perhaps? It's all beautiful country. Now I live in the Fraser Valley and, although I have mountain views in the distance, it's not quite the same as living right on a mountain, is it?
