Just started WW again. I am just tracking points at home. I have a LOT of weight to lose, over 100pounds. I hate the slow loss, but after years of dieting on all kinds of plans I know this is the most balanced. I tend to do good for a bit then hit the weekend and mess up and then feel bad and binge. I am determined not to do that this time. I just wanted to introduce myself so I would have some accountablity here. Thanks for reading my post.

Welcome Kim! You said you were just starting WW again. Were you on it before? I was on it, and then stopped for six months and now back again. I ended up gaining 8 pounds in the last six months, but now have five to lose to get back to where I was. I guess 100 pounds seems like a lot, but if you break it down in small goals (5-10 pounds), then it becomes more manageable.
I found that I got really overwhelmed by looking at it as, I have so much weight to lose that I broke it down in goals and celebrated the non scale victories too. Best of luck to you.
