I stumbled upon 3FC and thought this may be what I need to help me lose this awful weight. I am a 27 yr old single mom to 2 wonderfully amazing toddlers. I work full time and am in school full time. That makes for exhausted at the end of the day. I know there has to be a way to knock this weight off even being busy. I know others do it. I know I can do it. It is hard because my mom and step dad live with me and they aren't concerned with their weight so they eat whatever. I think it sunk in deepest I had to do something when my 4 yr old little girl said "Mommy why are you fat?" Talk about heart breaking. I refuse to stay fat. I need ideas on what to do to lose this. I have tried CC it didn't work for me. I am kicking the soda pop habit. I was down from 5 cans a day to 1 today. Goal of none tomorrow and here on out. Any ideas are welcome I really do want to lose this weight so my kids aren't ashamed of their fat mommy.

Walks around the park with the kids on really nice days off is a great way to help get the movement started, and once it starts getting cold, a really long mall can substitute for the park. That will not only give you some exercise, but great togheter time with the kids.

I just wanted to say I believe in you, you can do this!!! I'm so pround of you cutting way down on that soda
