Weekend Food Logs 01/02/03

  • Time to refuel I think....havent been eating enough lately, and Im feeling a bit peek'ed

    Breakfast...2 scrambled eggs with some ham tossed in with it.

    Lunch....broccoli curry soup and steak & green peppers

    Supper...fresh salmon and ceasar salad.

    Snacks...bowl of brussel sprouts with butter and parm cheese.

    Herbal tea

    Got in a short walk yesterday, but felt pretty tired when I was done. Hopefully Monday, I'll be back to normal and can resume my long walks and weight lifting

  • Robin i would have to agree it does not look like enough food plug it into fit day and see what comes up
  • I too am having a hard time eating enough. Today I had:

    B- 5 sl bacon, 2 eggs

    L- 1 sausage and a diet coke

    S- boiled egg

    D- 6oz chicken breast and 1 c salad.

    Hubby bought diet sprite that is grapefruit flavored and no carbs. But I don't want to eat diet sodas and I find that I am now craving that sprite. I had one can that lasted me two days but still! I had the sausage and coke at the bowling alley while every one else had pizza and birthday cake! So I guess I made better choices but I wish I wouldn't have had that diet coke!

    Supper, broccoli and bbq'd chicken

    Snack......cheese

    Been having a hard time keeping my water intake up, which isnt like me.....I'll pay more attention!

    Well we all know yesterday was a total bust for me--here is today--


    Breakfast--3 eggs--2 cups coffee--leaded

    Lunch--2 slices turkey, 1 slice swiss cheese, 1 stalk celery with 1 tablespoon peanut butter

    Supper--2 cups lettuce-- hamburg, cheese and sour cream on top.

    1 bottle diet pepsi

    2 cups water so far--I plan on drinking water the rest of the evening.

    I really am gonna watch the caffeine this week and see if it helps any. I soooo love diet pepsi--maybe if I cut down to one a day??
