Well my kids are becoming very aware between healthy foods and junk food. My 3.5year old asked me for a treat after dinner and I said, ok would you like some cookies and he goes "No mom, that's junk food, I won't be able to walk up the stairs if I eat that. Can I have a pear?" I'm trying really hard not to give my kids food complexes so I watch what I say, but I guess I am being an example and they are recognizing good foods. I'm proud
