Ok this is day one of my new diet. Today wasnt bad. This morning I had bananas for breakfast. Lunch included rice, beans, chicken and calalloo....and my midmorning snack was macaroni pie. Later this evening I ate a small pack of salted biscuits and a hot cup of ginger tea.
Success:
!) I stayed away from snacks
2) I was able to get food off of my mind
3) I took a 1hour walk after work
4) I am prepared to lose weight

5) I would not eat much after 7pm
