Hello there! :)

  • Hi!

I'm starting my workouts/dieting on Monday and thought this would be good motivation for myself.

I'm a college student, 5'11, 19 years old, and a size 18. I used to be a tiny person when I was in middle school but I got diagnosed with PCOS and depression hit so I ballooned. Now that I'm in college and sick of being tired, overweight, sad about my appearance, and aching in places a young person shouldn't be aching. I know if I want to do it, now is the time since I am still young.

My brother has lost over 100 pounds and he's taught me everything he knows about exercising and eating right. It's just time for me to crack down and do it. I am a pretty obsessive person so when I am determined to do something I will do it. So I'm hoping hearing your weight loss stories will give me that drive that I need.

I'm also going to keep a journal of my progression and thoughts as well as record my progression on my iPhone with the "Lose It!" App

It's very nice to meet you all and good luck to everyone!
