I've recently heard about NN and I was wondering if there were any products anyone would like to reccomend. I'm running on a budget so it would be nice to save some money. & What should I look out for when I'm ordering these things like carbs/etc.
I found a product - chocolate soy nuts from NN and IP have practically identical nutrition facts. If anyone is wondering! I have never had chocolate soy nuts, but these are only 10 dollars a box! Let me know how they taste!

At the bottom of the spreadsheet, there are tabs for various products/websites. I have found that the Proti-Thin chocolate-covered soy puffs from Nashua Nutrition are exactly the same as IP. The Proti-Thin caramel nut bars are the same, too.
EAS and Pure Protein can be purchased at stores like Target, Walmart, etc. (EAS are way cheaper at Walmart).
You need to look at the carbs/protein/calories, and whether the items have aspartame to decide whether they are right for you.
If you are going to order from Nashua Nutrition, I highly recommend that you join their "diet club" on your first order ($19.95) because you get 10% off on every order for one year. Also, all orders over $100 are shipped free.
I'm going to warn you, though. I found that I stayed on plan better when it was costing me $81 a week for products. I didn't dare cheat then.
