I finally realized I am totally helpless by myself on this little trip to 'less bountiful', so I joined one of those weight loss places. Doing very well and will continure to work on this. Walking 1/2 hour every day, hoping to increase that as time comes. And getting better at not hating the person that I am. I think that is the biggest challenge. I have set up reasonable goals and am determined to make this work. With all your help, I know I can do this thing!
