And that was where I've been for the past eight months or so since starting Points Plus. But now, I think I need to try something new for awhile and actually EARN the extra points I eat instead of treating the weeklies like a free pass.
I don't normally touch my weeklies during the week, it's just the weekend, and the past few weekends I've barely tracked, as I keep thinking "Oh, well, I have all those weeklies and I did all that exercise." I
need to track, though, so I am hoping this will keep me more accountable.
