2 nd Day

  • Only 2nd day in. I have eaten well today and improved my water intake. Baby Steps. Anyone else out there on their second day?
  • On my fourth day. What kind of plan are you on. I have felt more tempted today than I have the last three days. Too much junk food around me today for some reason, I guess since it's Saturday everyone wants to eat garbage! Today is almost over, I feel like if I can make it through today I'll be over the hump for some reason and it'll only get easier from here on out

  • Weekends are the hardest. It's good to plan out what you'll be doing food wise as well as exercise. Get your family involved. This summer I made mine hike, they didn't like it, but by the end of the summer they saw that mom was thinner, happier and healthier. Believe it or not, it makes a big difference even if it looks like they don't notice or care. Make it a family affair and it seems less like a one person struggle.

  • I'm on my 3rd week. But congrats on doing the baby steps.
  • I'm on my third day...counting calories....Its been HARD! especially since grandma is in town, and OH how she bakes!! But I've been a good girl, and watched what I ate, and didn't eat the whole pan of her blonde brownies, but a little sliver!!
  • Keep going guys!! I'm only completing my 2nd week! It feels like it's been much longer but its been great. I love every day because I make healthy decisions and work out and its WONDERFUL!! Keep going!!!

  • I started about a little over a week ago. I've already had my first... two... breakdowns with food. One was my friend's birthday (I just had to have cake) and the other was the late night work shift (sooo hungry!) But today I've had it all planned out. Tonight at the movies I'm downsizing the popcorn : P
