Well I've been doing kinda crappy lately, following every on-plan day or two with an off-plan binge fest.... I'm barely losing with this two step forward, one step back dance I've been doing. BUT tonight I went shopping, which I haven't done in forever, and- although I was not happy with the glimpses I caught of myself in the mirrors- I got size twelve pants (haven't been able to fit in a size 12 for a year or so!) and a MEDIUM shirt! To be fair, the shirt was a flowy cardigan type of deal, but still. And the pants barely button at the waist lol, but that's always I problem I've had being apple shaped- even when size 4's fit me perfectly everywhere else they would still be tight around the waist.

So, here's to small victory's even when you feel like it's not going as smoothly/quickly as you had hoped. EVERY little bit counts. EVERY good choice counts. Hope everyone is having a great week!
