  • Thats a lot of protein and i think you might gain weight instead of lose
  • Why don't you just do the Ideal Protein protocol? It is so simple and you can even follow it using alternative products.

I would omit the protein drink here

9 am: 1 protein drink with water (36 gr of protein)

11:30 am: one chicken breast, 1/2 cup of wild rice, 1 cup of brocoli and one GNC total weightloss system vitapack
I would omit the wild rice and add more veggies I would do a protein drink for lunch and not have the chicken breast
2 pm: 1 protein drink with water (36 gr of protein)
    omit this

3 pm: One chicken breast with 2-3 cups of spinach, balsamic vinegar

5 - 6:30 pm: Workout - Goodlife gym 20 minutes bike cardio (fat burning)
    Circuit weightlifting 30 minutes - 12 reps
I would also maybe eat some type of protein bar here 1/2 before the workout and 1/2 after the work out

7 pm: 1 protein drink with water (36 gr of protein)

I agree with the previous posters. I think if you eat too much protein, your body is going to turn the extra into fat. Check online for what you should be but for some of us the protein intake should be around 75g of protein per day (some more or less, depending on your current weight). The ideal protein packs are about 17g each + your own meal with protein beef, seafood or poultry makes up the rest.

Check the EAS brands that are Carb Control that have less protein that what you're currently taking.

In the morning have your oatmeal and water.
    mid-morning - protein drink
lunch - chicken + more broccoli (or any other green veg).
2 or 3 pm - skip one of these - or just buy miracle noodles or eat more steamed green vegetables.
4:30 - before the workout have 1/2 a protein drink or protein bar
workout - increase the cardio by more than 20 minutes. 20 minutes is just a warmup - try doing stair climbing, or eliptical machine to give it variation.
6:30 - the remainder half of your protein drink or bar
7:30 - dinner - I would have an light soup & vegetables or salad with a bit of protein if I had a chicken at lunch. But just keep it light if you've had a bigger lunch.

    water, water, water!!!
  • I'm guy so take that into account, but I'm on 4 IP packets plus one meat meal, so 5 protein. I am spacing them out about every 3-4 hours now. You're talking 7 protein items.
  • I would drop the rice.
  • this is not Ideal Protein program.
