Weight Loss through the Week

  • I'm just kinda curious how everyones weight loss goes through the week. In my particular instance it seems after I weigh in the next day I gain a pound and dont lose anything until about 2 days before my next weigh-in. Does anyone else have strage weight loss patterns through the week??
  • I just brought this up in the daily chat. I seem to lose the most after I get a really good nights sleep. My weekend is Sun-Mon, when I get the most and best sleep, and I weigh in on Mondays. I seem to stall out during the week and then have my whoosh on the weekends. As long as I'm losing, I don't care what the pattern is!
