I just made the "Rice" Pudding, and it's....interesting! I think I could have mashed the cauliflower a bit finer. Those who have made it before, is it supposed to be really firm?

Mine is firm also. Not hard but not as soft and whispy as the pudding alone.

The texture isn't one that I love...I gagged quite a few times trying to eat it. This one may be a try again and see if i can come up with a better consistency.
