Hi everyone,
My name's Sabrina, and I hang out in Alternachicks and in WW at Home.
My fiance' and I are planning on visiting London in September (yeah, I know I'm asking early, but I'm SO EXCITED!!!) and I'm
worried about what to eat. I've grown so dependent on certain products and certain kinds of foods that I buy at the grocery, that I'm not sure how or what I'm going to be able to eat in England.
Judging from the various guide books I've read, everything is either kidney pie, fish and chips, or Indian food and I *know* that can't be the case!
Any recommendations--restaurants or grocery items--for this first time visitor? I don't except I will lose weight on my trip, but I would like to at least maintain!

it is a breeze to buy food because everything has a nutrition label on it, and there is so much choice
i'm sure you'll be able to maintain your weight while having a great time
