I'm 5'7" and about 162-165 lbs. My short term goal is to get back to 150; longer-term, I'm aiming for 135.
Just started at a gym again last week. Went 5 days in one week-- so far, so good. My eating is up and down, some days really good and some not so good at all.
I've tried to lose some weight before, but never got anywhere with it. I think being connected with an online support group would help!
