Please leave Protein Powder rec here

  • I feel like I might want to have some of the powder on hand in phases 3 & 4. Those of you who use it, what do you use, types and brands? I know in phases 3 and 4 it doesn't need to be the highly absorbable isolates but is it okay if it is? Thanks so much in advance.
  • I just started using Jay Robb whey protein -- don't know if it helps, hurts, or what. The chocolate was good. It has 25 grams of protein -- says whey protein isolate. It has 0 carbs and has stevia in it. I hope it helps. I have been very hungry in phase 3 -- the breakfast seems to have got the sweet tooth going again. I mixed the packet (single) with water and it was sweet -- but, I have hard it is not too filling.

Hope this helps -- I'm no expert -- just thought I'd pass along what Iive started.

I'm switching to alternatives and enjoy the Atkins RTD's and the Chocolite powders - both are good and far less expensive than IP ($1.57 serving for the Chocolite and $2.20 for the rtds.)
