So, I decided to start SBD on Monday and have a hard time getting back into it. Usually I can do phase 1 for two weeks with no issues. This time is so hard though.
I am a vegetarian so the protein part is harder sometimes but this diet works so well for me I love it.
I started on Monday and since then my stomach is killing me and the gas is horrible. Seriously I mean I lost 2lbs but I think its from having to pee every ten minutes!
On Monday I had - Egg white omelette for breakfast, lunch was a salad with lima beans and dinner was steamed veggies with lemon and some beans and egg whites. I did have a small teaspoon of natural peanut butter before bed too.
Now I know the beans do give you gas but the whole stomach thing is confusing me. I drink tons of water too.
What could be causing this? I'm not big on bread and such but I love my fruit and cereal so that's hard for me but other than that I'm usually fine.
