  • Not a good month for me. I lost a lot but gained the same back.
  • Must be something in the air, Ruth... I gained some and then lost it back...

    I'm actually down 4.6 for the month of September, which I can live with, but it's short of my very ambitious 8 pound goal.
  • Got on the scale this morning and lost 3 of the 4 wanted. Excellent considering the cruise and JoJo's passing. It's feeling like I am getting this right!
  • I lost 9 lbs in September! 3 lbs over target. I'm tickled and I'm going to do something nice for myself to celebrate. I just haven't decided what yet.
  • Down 6! Pretty excited
  • Forgot to remember what I started at! I think I made it or was close, and will remember for october that I'm starting at 155.

  • Whoops! I can relate to those who lost and then gained! Bummer. I had so much momentum going.

    Time to get back on the wagon again. Yeehaw!! (I feel like a SB cowgirl or something!)

  • to all of you who lost weight and to all of you who didn't but still post here; you are all truly inspiring and keep me plugging along when I just want to give up.

    I made my goal... but only if I count what I bumped UP to during the month... I've been all over the place. I had to check another thread just to see what I weighed on Sept 1, and according to that I am only down 1 lb. BUT that's better than ending 4 lbs up, which is where I was in the middle of the month
