My Non-Scale Victory today was......

    NEW CLOTHES!!! When I started, I was wearing 20-22. Today I was able to buy a pair of 18 slacks for work and a pair of dresses, each size 16 (Alex Marie).

    Since I don't trust exact sizes, I consider my NSV to be fitting in clothes that are SMALLER than 20-22!
