Okay, I feel like such an idiot. I can't seem to get a clear understanding if Tofu is allowed on Phase 1 or not. My coach said not to use Soy Milk in my morning coffee because of sugar. So I just assumed that tofu was not okay. But the more I search and read the more confused I get!
Can someone please explain in lamens terms for me?
Perhaps the lack of carbs is cause me to not think straight
