I saw someone post that SF pudding is a no-no? I was wondering, why?
and I had used these on my last round of SB for a dessert: Sugar Free Mousse Temptations by JELLO. Can't post a link to check it out but you can always google.

are those okay for Phase 1 or ever?
SF Jello is not an option. My husband is vegetarian and jello is a no-no for him and I don't think it's very nice to have desserts he can't enjoy too. The mousse had been a lifesaver since we both could enjoy it.
