URGH.. almost 1am..

  • and im hungry im tempted to eat something. will chewing ice help any? or anyone have any other suggestions.
  • Chewing ice may help... it'll keep your mouth and mind busy... if not, I'd grab something healthy! Like carrots or popcorn. Or make yourself a cup of tea

  • I know this is late, but I've often had evenings of temptation.
    The following is a list of things that have helped me stay on plan.

    Glass of cold water sipped slowly
    Cup of hot tea
    Chew gum
    Brush my teeth and rinse with minty mouth wash that actually requires me to NOT eat for 30 minutes.
    Baby carrots or celery sticks

    I choose the one that best fits the moment.
  • DDC: My sleep hours are different than most peoples, because I work weird hours. haha. but thanks i in fact did try that at first but didnt work. :S
