Hi Everyone,
I recently purchased the newer Blast Off at Kmart (it includes, MegaMix, Disco, and Latin and the cool weights). I started with the MegaMix the very next day and encountered 2 problems;
1) The sound kept going soft then normal, soft then normal.
2) Then just as I completed the workout and began the cool down, my neck went out.
After 4 rounds with the chiropractor, I am hesitant to try another tape. Toying with the idea of returning the whole set.
I would love to hear from anyone that has tried these tapes and could let me know what they thought of them...has it helped? Do you enjoy them? Easy to learn?

I don't know about anyone else but I have never cared for RS's tapes. Personally if I had that much trouble the first time I would probaby return them and try again. There is so many to chose from. Personally I just bought Walking Away the Pounds and I love it! I started out with the 1 mile and I bought the 2 mile today. Good Luck whatever you try!

losing, thanks for the reply....I decided to open one more tape and give it a try...that tape was even worse on the high/low volume....they are going back!!! I have read alot here about WATP, and am considering purchasing one of those! Thanks so much!
