I posted before that I was starting South Beach tomorrow. Well, I started today. Nothing like the present to deal with your issues!

I've been doing some googling on South Beach, since I won't get my books from amazon until Wednesday. I found something interesting. Dr. Agatston has partnered with a new company to bring his foods back onto the market.

Since I'm a newbie here, I don't think I can post web links, but if you google MidOcean Partners Announces Acquisition of South Beach Diet Brand, that will bring you right to the article.

I know a lot of folks are food purists, but I'd really appreciate a quick, frozen dinner in a pinch. I remember back when they were marketed by Kraft. Although I wasn't on SB then, I did buy them for a healthy alternative.

I imagine the products will take a while to hit the market. I do hope Dr A hasn't compromised his original food rules too much as it sure would be handy. I doubt the products will hit Canada for a year or more. The price will be interesting.
