  • I really need to keep things in check! Anyone else?


    Plan: No unwarranted snacking
    Increased water consumption
    Exercise at least 4 days

    M: check, check, 1.5 hour trail run
    Tu: 35 min stat'y bike, good on H20, trying hard to be good on food!
    W: 3.5 mi run (and haul bricks too!), bad on snacks, ok on water

  • I'm with you! It's TOM and my body is telling me to eat, sleep, eat, eat!

    Plan: stay on plan. Phase 2: 1 fruit + 1 carb/bread per day. Can sub wine.
    Water: minimum 12 cups per day
    Exercise: 4 days minimum

    M: OP, H20 good, no exercise
    T: OP, H20 good, cardio - run around complex
    W: OP, H20 good, cardio - run around complex
    R: OP, H20 good, cardio - run around complex & arms workout
    F: Not OP, H20 good, no exercise
    S: Not OP, H20 ok, no exercise
    Su: OP, H20 ok, no exercise
