I don't think I totally blew things, but just need a reality check. At lunch I ate 3 ounces of turkey breast in a salad with 1 cup of cucumbers and romaine.
Dinner, I had 5 ounces of very lean stir fry beef, 2 cups of broccoli and one cup of mushrooms.
I rarely split up my protein and veggies like that, but I was hungry today.
Any words of wisdom out there?

and you made the right choice to have some lean protein and not like the others said cookies or a big spoonful of peanut butter
