I thought I could check hear before before I would search the net. I'm looking for the foods that provide us with the 8 essentiel amino acids. And maybe some recepies. Can anybody help my out?
You basically just need to eat protein (proteins are composed of amino acids). If you get protein from a half-decent variety of sources I think you'll be fine.
if you are concerned than you need to start taking BCAA's(branched chain amino acids) available at any GNC TYPE place... no cals... just the 8 essential amino acids (proteins( that are hard to get through food alone * the L-tyrosine and al-arginie , and others, i cant remember. I take BCAAs everyday in my workout (water, and i sip on it through out my workout (wherther cardio OR strregth... VERY importatnt to prevent the breakdown of muscle fibers and to encourage protein and muscle synthesis
