I lost about 2 pounds this week. I didn't really have a weight goal for the end, though. My main purpose is just to still be
here so ... I'm a success already!
I had an iffy weekend. Wasn't feeling well, trying to correct my sleep. This morning I woke up well rested and ready to have a good day.
My aim is to continue eating more vegetables this week, to plan out my meals, and to keep my exercise goals each day. I've managed to make it for 25 minutes most days and I'm liking it.
We've still got 3 full weeks until the end of this particular challenge, though, so there's plenty of time to continue good habits before Labor Day
