  • Day 8 was great. The IP is getting easier by the day. Starting tomorrow I will be limited to two snacks
    But after three days without the morning snack due to just not hungry I got this. Mu pounds are droping off very fast right now.

    Make sure you are eating 3 packets a day, breakfast, lunch and a snack or your body will go into starvation mode and you will stall!

    Yes for sure!! You want to make sure your body is getting enough protein and carbs so you don't damage it. Also make sure only one restricted a day.
  • I am very new to ip and I see a lot of you talking about restricted food. What does that mean. I have not been having any restricted foods at all because I don't know what they are. Are we supposed to have a restricted foods list or something?
  • Restricted items are the bars, soy puffs, oatmeal, chili & spaghetti from IP. You can only have 1 restricted item per day.
