Can't get my act together today

  • So, I did mostly well today. In an earlier post I wrote that I woke at 3 am, so by mid-morning I was ravenous, because I had my pudding and coffee very early. I'm also bleary-eyed exhausted.

    Had 5 oz of turkey in a salad for lunch. Had a restricted bar for dessert and for dinner I had 3.6 oz of tofu with my bok choy and broccoli.

    I didn't totally blow it today, did I?

    Should I skip having another packet today, because I had .6 oz over my protein for the day?
  • I would have another packet if I were in your shoes. 0.6 oz extra is not going to do anything derogatory. IMO.
  • Nope, I think you should have your packet (non-restrictive) Hope you get some rest.
  • That is not too much protein so definitely have that other pack, your muscles will love you for it. Ensure you have some extra water tho it will help your body overall. The key to this program and well any weightloss method is water water water.... drink as if you were a fish =P they never stop haha
  • Phew! I am looking forward to my dark chocolate pudding after my almost 3-year-old goes to bed more than I can say.
